Hue Cuisine Soars With Singapore Airlines

If ever there was a story to whet an appetite for Vietnamese food, it’s this one in Singapore Airlines in-flight magazine, SilverKris. Writer Duncan Forgan wakes up early for bun bo Hue, eats like an emperor and hits the street to sample sidewalk fare. Says one Hue native to Duncan: “I’ll stay here forever. I couldn’t live without the food. You can get Hue cuisine elsewhere in Vietnam, but it never tastes quite the same as it does here.”
