As Good As Vietnam Gets
Reverie Saigon Hailed As One Of Year's Best New Hotels
Since its September grand opening The Reverie Saigon has made good on CNN and Yahoo's travel predictions for 2015 as a must-visit hotel. This month Travel + Leisure Southeast Asia featured the property in its guide to the best of the year and Vietnam's grandest new hotel has been touted as one of the world's great hotel debuts.
A designer suite by Giorgetti features a canopy bed made from sycamore and a handcrafted armchair of leather and Brazilian pau ferro wood.
In the Saigon Suite's private dining room eight wooden barrel chairs surround a table designed by Frank Lloyd Wright for Cassina.
A custom-made Baldi Monumental clock, weighing in at nearly 1,000 kilos, is displayed prominently in the hotel's 7th floor lobby.
The eco wall lamps adorning Cafe Cardinal were made by the Campana brothers for Venini. The one-of-a-kind designs use glass that would have otherwise been discarded.
The contemporary exterior uses an LED lighting system, undetectable to guests inside, for colorful light shows.
